What will you be doing?

Design and implement overall M&I recruiting strategy
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

1+ yeaar of proven work experience as a Recruiter, prefereable within IT industry
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management/ Economy/Psychology or relevant degree
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target driven and good at multitasking
Strong decision-making skills
Driving licence B category
Advanced applied knowledge of MS Office
English knowledge- B1
